Changing Start Page Projects List??

Does anyone know how to change the start page's projects listing such as adding, editing, and Deleting the listed projects from it?

after a while of opening many projects, it can get cluttered pretty easily. if we could delete some of them without having to move the projects to another folder or rename the folders they are in, it would be most helpful...
 
Thanx, Cywizz, that's exactly what I needed...

If you delete everything out of there then all of the items on the start oage automatically dissappear :)
