Capture Screen..

I want to be able to have the user click a Button (Capture) and it will copy the screen to the clipboard (like when pressing PrtScrn key).

Then, I want it to save the captured image to a specified location in some picture format, it doesn't matter what format.

If possible, I would like it to only capture a window, not the whole screen, but if it can't, that ok.
