Can't make the txtBox events work

This is the oddest thing that ever happen in Visual Studio...

I have some textboxes objects inside a panel with some events like keypress and keydown, but, it seems that whenever I press a key none of the events are triggered! Why?

There are some other textboxes objects in the form that with the same event work just fine...

Can someone explain me what is going on?
