Can't Download ASP.Net

Currently, it appears that ASP.Net comes bundled with the .net Environment.

Where the instructions say to download the environment and then to unbundle ASP from there, if you already HAVE the environment, you can't download and install it again.

What am I missing here?

Run aspnet_regiis.exe. It'll configure IIS to parse ASP.NET. You'll find the executable in the %WINROOT%Microsoft.NET\Framework\<version>\ directory.
