asp.Net Deployment on CDs

I have being asked to develop a PC version of a .net web application, is it possible to deploy the existing web app on CDs?
 
Not sure what you mean by this.
You could provide a setup package that could deploy the web application to other PCs but people would then require IIS installed locally and still have to access it through a browser.
