Achieving Drag and Drop in ListBox

Hi guys, i was wondering any of you guys have any idea how to achieve internal drag and drop in the listbox, if you guys open upthe customize toolbar dialog in explorer or IE, you can drag the items from both sides or you can drag it up and down from the list, see attachment.

Any ideas?

The documenation for the DoDragDrop() method in the .NET Framework documentation has an example for dragging items between two ListBoxes. I think this would the best place to start.
