Access to the path "E:\WebSites\Report\text.txt" is denied.

I have a ASP.NET page that Upload file to "E:\WebSites\Report\text.txt".
"E:\WebSites\Report\text.txt" in Webserver on Windows 2003 Server.
I connect to Mysite on Webserver and run upload.aspx file (client have
Windows XP Professional).

Exception Details: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path "E:\WebSites\Report\text.txt" is denied.

Please Help Me.

I think ASP.Net user needs to have access to that folder.
