May be you guys may be able to help me too...
I am attempting to install a program on a WINXP machine and it stops because it can not write to the MSMASK.OCX file. There is no "Ignore" buton, so I just can't install. I have closed all programs and non-essential services, but the file is still "Locked". Can any one suggest a solution?
