A message box in Webforms and ASP

I have been informed that there is no such this as a dialog box using ASP.Net and WebForms, but there is a Message box. Could anyone tell me how I can create and display a message box to the users using the following example:

if (sOldPswd == sNewPswd)
ChangeUserPswd(sNewPswd);
else
// display message box here <--- how do I do this?
