Hi, I'm just trying to test the capability of windowed and fullscreened apps, I heared that a back buffered Flip mechanism can really speed up the thing(flip is faster than blit???) but in the test program I'm only getting about 60fps, where if I use windowed, I got 250fps. Any explainations? Thanks!

Which one are you talking about? Is it the DXUtil class? I think that timer is pretty good.
