actully what happen is that it doesn't allow me to do anything... i mean when first i run the setup program it give this sign..... my question is: Can i install VB.NET on XP home edition????

hi, i have this strange problem, and it is that i can't install visual basic .Net on Windows XP Home Edition.. can u give a reasonable reason for that and can u give the solution for this strange problem!!!! yaser
