ok can u please elaborate on the rights as i have already done that for the folder containing file. I have added ASPNET user and given him all rights. Still problem is there Is NTFS is necessary in that case ? help

I m using one Excel file in my programme. when i deploy it at client side programme generates error "Access Denied..The ASP.NET process is not authorized to access the requested resource" what should i do to solve this problem... please help !! its too urgent

I have opened an excel file in ASP.NET. After my work is over i m closing opened workbook as well as app.quit also. Still even after closing IE Reference of Excel remains in Memory. How can I kill the Same. Please help.............
