yes I have install the .net framework. It must be something simple though because it runs fin on my laptop where I do all my programming. By the way. My application is a MS Access database application that also uses Crystal reports. I think it may be a crystal reports issue as previos verious seem to run fine. It is only since I incorporated CR that the problem came up.

I have created a Windows application using VS 2003 and used the setup wizard for deployment purposes. It runs perfectly well on my machine but after I install the application on another machine and try to start it I get an error that says; "Application has generated an exception that could not be handled. Process ID 0x450 (1104), Thread ID 0x3a8(936)." What have I messed up. Shawn the desparate programmer

I have a simple application in VB 2003 that connects to an access db. When I run it, it works fine until I modify previously submitted data. After that I get an error saying "syntax error in INSERT INTO statement" when I click the update button. This dataform was generated using the built in wizard. Has anyone run into this prob before? Not sure if it is a setting in the VB or the db settings. HELP!
