Using flash was already one solution that I tried but it has some issues. For example it hooks up with your right click context menu and that how renders that possibility useless :( Any other ideas?

Hi, I was wondering how could I make a vb.net or C# form to be drawn on the desktop wallpaper? I would like to make a custom application on my desktop which would stay under my icons. Anyone know how to make this? Basicly I know that I should interupt the drawining mechanism of WinApi and do my own drawing between drawing the wallpaper and the desktop icons. Problems is that I don't have any idea how to code this :(
