Doesnt anyone know about the "Setup Project" in VS.NET ? File > New > Project > Setup and Deployment Packages > Setup Project then go to User Interface then right click > add dialog > customer info and in proterties Show Serial Number.

I think you would need to code your own browser to do that..I tried to make a browse, i gave up as i have no idea how to make a browser from scratch.
